Professional Development + Curriculum

Whether you’re new to computer science, new to project-based learning, or experienced with both, we can help you elevate your content knowledge and develop effective instructional strategies!

Our professional development workshops focus on mastering the course content and project-based instructional strategies. The CS Principles and CS A workshops also provide training on the College Board's AP requirements.

The accompanying instructional materials include both teacher materials and student-facing curriculum, with Codio platform access and student accounts.

"I loved the self-paced PD approach because I was able to dwell on how I will use this platform in my classroom. I love the fact there were no wasted words, it was straight to the point, and the meetings with the PD facilitator were so valuable." — UTeach CS course attendee

Curriculum only: Educators may purchase a curriculum license without the professional development, but we strongly recommend that teachers attend our professional development before teaching CSP, CSA, or Cybersecurity for the first time. This option is recommended only for renewing teachers who are not adding a new course.

Professional development only: This option is for administrators or educators who will not be teaching the course in the coming academic year.
